Federal Bank Limited - Experience : Freshers

Federal Bank has invited applications from freshers for its internship programme of two years.

Interns would be offered a monthly stipend of 27,500 and also an opportunity to earn incentives up to 20,000 per month based on internship grades.

Learning Structure is divided into two terms. Term I will be for Year 1 (Month 0-12) and Term II will be for Year 2 (Month 13-24).

â–º Sales & Service - II 
â–º Basics of Lending 
â–º MSME & Corporate Credit 

Interns would be offered a monthly stipend of 27,500 and also an opportunity to earn incentives up to 20,000 per month based on internship grades. The interns will also be offered personal accident coverage of 2,00,000 and medical insurance coverage of 2,00,000.

Experience:
Interns will be christened as Relationship Executives and will be groomed with experienced bankers as Mentors during the two years of internship in Federal Bank Branches/Offices. As a Relationship Executive in Retail Banking Function, Interns would be given exposure and experience in: 
â–º Managing Channel Partners and Direct Sourcing 
â–º Sourcing Retail products with specific reference to Housing/Auto Loan & Loan Against Property 
â–º Acquisition of New to Bank customers and cross selling 
â–º Managing the New to Bank customers during the early part of the life cycle with the Bank 
â–º Retail Business Operations and basics of Credit Appraisal process 
To engage and stay connected with the Internship Program, each Intern will be introduced to an Internship Engagement Scorecard with Internship Grades weighed by the Mentors every three months. Internship Engagement Plan would be provided for Interns with lower Internship Grades to enhance the Field Level Internship Engagement. 

Earn:
Earn up to 5.7 Lakhs every year plus other assistances while learning and experiencing greater skills in Retail Banking function. 
p. Interns would be offered a monthly stipend of 27500/- along with an opportunity to earn incentives up to 20,000/- per month based on the Internship Grades. 
â–º Interns are also offered a day off in a month which can be accumulated up to 12 days in a year. 
â–º Interns would also be offered Personal Accident Coverage of 20,00,000/- and Medical Insurance Coverage of 2,00,000/- 
â–º On successful completion of the program, the participant will also be awarded with a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE)- an Institution of Eminence
