Executive Assistant To Patner At Goregoan East Jobs

Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
-Tracking meetings and calls
-Setting up meetings
-Confirming that meetings are on track and happening as per the schedule
-Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
-Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
-Collating and filing expenses
-Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
-Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
Key Skills
-Great communication skills
-Ability to work from home/ take calls from home
-Maintaining complete confidentiality
-Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
-Flexibility and adaptability
-Great oral and written communication skills
-Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
-The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
-Tact and diplomacy
-Working knowledge MS Office
Previous Work Experience
Work experience of 3-10 years in a similar role would be ideal
