Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:



1. Building customer trust by understanding their requirements and satisfactorily addressing them by connecting with the internal stakeholders responsible.

2. Driving product adoption and usage throughout the customer/user lifecycle.

3. Performing regular checks with end users and regionally located library offices to keep track of product usage, identify gaps in user engagement, and help resolve the same by collaborating with the Library and MyLOFT Team.

4. Proactively assisting in resolving customer and end-user queries raised with the support team with timely follow-ups.

5. Identifying the need and planning relevant training programs/product collaterals to help educate the end users on the products and features.

6. Representing the voice of the customer and providing feedback to sales, support, and product teams.

7. Identifying opportunities for end-user interaction to get direct feedback on our product features.
