i. Elgibility: Scale III to Scale V upto the AGM Level or Equivalent in Bank. Both Serving and Retired Executives of banks are eligible to apply.

ii. Qualification: Minimum Post-Graduation with CAIIB (both the parts)

iii. Experience: (A) Minimum 3 years as Faculty of the respective Bank’s Apex Staff Training College or any other Bankers’ Training Institute. This is applicable for both serving and retired Bank Executives. (B) In the case of Retired Bank Executives: Post the retirement, they should preferably be working in Training Institute or in an Educational Institution.

iv. Nature of Job: The Job is on Contract basis for an initial period of 1 year subject to renewal of contract.

v. Remunaration: Depending upon the qualification, experience and age, Remuneration expected may please be indicated.

vi. Leave: 12 days of Casual Leave.

Age: The applicant should not be more than 63 years of Age as on 31.03.2018.
