Educational Qualification :
For Nurse Grade : Candidates should possess Matriculation from a recognized University/ Board/ School or equivalent and ‘A’ Grade certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution with Certificate in Midwifery, Registered with Nursing Council as “A” Gr Staff Nurse and Midwife.

For CSSD Technician/ CSSD Assistant Technician : Matriculation/ Hr. Sec./ Sr. Sec. (10 plus 2 with science) from a recognized Institution/ Board, Operation Room Asstt Course from a recognized institution, B.Sc from recognized University.

Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 35 years for Nurse, 30 years for CSSD Technician & 27 years for CSSD Assistant Technician.

Job Location : Delhi

Selection Process : Selection will be based on Test/ Interview.

Cantonments in Delhi and Ahmedabad were originally established by the British. Delhi Cantonment is popularly referred to as Delhi Cantt was established in 1914. Until February 1938, the Cantonment Board Delhi was known as the Cantt authority. The Delhi Cantonment is as Class I Cantonment Board. The Delhi Cantonment houses the Indian Army Headquarters, Delhi Area the Army Golf Course the Defence Services Officers Institute military housing Army and Air Force Public Schools and various other defence-related installations. The cantonment also houses the Army Research and Referral Hospital and Base Hospital a tertiary care medical centre of the armed forces of India.

Presently, the Cantonment is governed by the Cantonments Act, 2006 and various Policy letters and Instructions of the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India issued from time to time. Though the Board functions as a local municipal body, yet it is under the administrative control of Directorate General Defence Estates (DGDE), New Delhi and Principal Director, Defence Estates, Western Command, Chandigarh.
