Educational Qualifications: For Project Engineers: BE/B Tech in the field of Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / Instrumentation / Civil/ Mechanical with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) in aggregate of all the years/semesters from recognized University/ Institution.


For Supervisor: Diploma in the field of Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / Instrumentation /Mechanical / Civil with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) in aggregate of all the years/semesters from recognized University/ Institution.

Details of Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year post qualification work experience in the corresponding areas as defined below:

A) Electronics Division- SPV sites: Engineers
1.FTA-1 Electrical/Electronics/ Telecommunication / Instrumentation / 5 Posts

Essential : Work experience in installation & Commissioning of any of the following : # Photovoltaic systems. # Power Plant Control, Monitoring & Associated system # Instrumentation & PLC system # Power electronic system (inverters, drives, rectifiers)# SCADA system/HVDC & Reactive power management # Switchyard substations works 11KV and above.

2. FTA-2 Civil /6Posts

Essential : Work Experience in all the following areas # Civil design of Building, Roads , Drains with Hands on experience of design tools like STAADPRO ,AutoCAD, Knowledge in IS standards application, estimation of civil works ,Interpretation of Soil test reports etc. # Civil works execution at site – construction of Roads, Short pile foundations, Drainage, Industrial buildings, fencing/Compound wall etc .

LT Switch Gears, LT Power Transformer, Bus duct, Battery & Battery chargers, LT/HT Motors, MLDBs, LT/HT Power cables, Instrumentation & Control cables, earthing, PLC/DCS, including knowledge in understanding of electrical circuits /Single line diagram (SLD),etc.

Essential : Work experience in Industrial/Power /Material Handling Plant having relevant experience preferably in Coal Handling / Ash Handling Plant: # Mechanical equipment erection & commissioning viz. Wagon Tipplers, Conveyors, Crushers, Stackers Re-Claimers, Pumps, Hoist, Elevator and other auxiliary system, etc. # Mechanical equipment erection & commissioning of Ash Handling System involving Vacuum/Pressure Conveying of Fly Ash, Ash Slurry Disposal System, LP & HP Water System, Compressed Air System and other auxiliary system, etc.

Pay Scale

Engineers :Rs. 56,580

Supervisors :Rs. 28,180/- per month

Upper age limit: 33 years as on 01.07.2018

Selection Process: If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in the ratio of up to 1:10 to the number of vacancies, Personal Interviews shall be conducted for all the eligible candidates. However, if the number of eligible applicants for a post is in excess of the ratio of 1:10 to the number of vacancies, the number of candidates will be restricted for Personal Interview on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in Qualifying examination [Degree/Diploma].
