Qualification: Graduate with First Class Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work) with HR/IR / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution.
