Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Project Officer I in BEL.
Graduate Degree and Two years Full-time MBA/MSW/ PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Mgt. / Industrial Relations / Personnel Mgt. .Candidates applying for the post should possess 55% and above for General/EWS/OBC.
Salary : ₹ 55000/- Per Month

BELs growth and diversification over the years reflects the advancements made in electronics technology with which BEL has kept pace. Starting with manufacturing some communication equipment in 1956, BEL started manufacturing receiving valves in 1961, germanium semiconductors in 1962 and radio transmitters for All India Radio in 1964.
In 1966, BEL established a radar manufacturing facility for the Army and institutional R&D which was nurtured over the years. Manufacturing of transmitting tubes, silicon devices and integrated circuits started in 1967. The PCB manufacturing facility was established in 1968.
