BECIL Recruitment 2020 For Startup Fellow

BECIL - Experience : Freshers

Applications are invited for recruitment/empanelment of following manpower purely on contract basis for deployment in Office of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE),New Delhi.

Startup Fellow (03) 

An Engineering degree from a reputed University/Institute. Preference will be given to an added Master’s degree in Engineering/Manageme nt/Mass Communication from a reputed Indian or International Institute/University. 

Experience: Not necessary but experience of up to 2 years in start-up related work will be considered with additional weightage. Experience as an entrepreneur wherein the candidates has himself/herself created a start-up (Successful or failed start-up) will be an added advantage. Age Limit: Below 30 years. Preference will be given to the candidates with working experience in the field of Innovation, entrepreneurship. Project management, Project Coordination and relevant working experience with Government/Autonomou s organizations. Experience in start-up related work will be considered with additional weightage. Experience as an entrepreneur wherein the candidates has himself/herself created registered start-up (Successful or failed startup) will be an added advantage. Knowledge on Project planning and execution, Planning out-reach activities, designing and delivering training programs, Business plan development, proposal writing, Research designing & report writing. Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Evaluation, Communication & Presentation skills will be an added advantage. Candidate should have good knowledge of working on computer and ability to demonstrate ICT applications. The candidates should also possess good interpersonal and strong communication skills. The candidates should be able to work independently as well as in coordination with team.
