This Practice was established as a distinct capability to provide valuable advisory services to Genpact\u2019s clients, targeting CXO and EVP levels within top Commercial Banking institutions. The group provides a broad array of consulting, digital, analytics, risk, change management and business process services to banks and financial services.
Desired Background /Qualifications
This role requires a senior consulting executive with a successful track record of client or practice level experience in the Banking and Financial Services segment for other Tier 1 organizations. He/she should understand the fundamentals of practice development, deepening client relationships, launching new offerings and presiding over the delivery of strategic programs. The ideal applicant should be experienced and conversant with the emerging business challenges facing C-level executives across the Commercial Banking l/ Auto Finance Landscape.
