About role in the Channel:
The key responsibility of this role is to focus on customer relationship and customer servicing.
Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales
processes and channel management.
After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target through assigned leads, which
is generated through Branch ops team and customer database generated by call center team.
This is field job, which requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and customers location. You will be
required to be in the market to meet customer/client, sometimes on Sundays as well (as and when required).
You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to serve the customer requirement and up-sell to achieve your sales target
(Through utilizing existing customer base/ assigned lead, regular interaction with the existing customers, review their
financial arrangements at least once a year, understand the life cycle of the customer and service client effectively).
You will be required to meet product mix targets specified as per organizations strategy.
You are required to support customer on pre and post sales requirements (claim settlement etc.).
You are required to focus on quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium).
Achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through customer meetings.
