Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Customer Service Manager in Air India.
Graduate from a recognized university, MBA will be preferred.
Experience: Years of experience 5-12 years of work experience in Business operations/Customer facing role preferably in the Aviation industry.
Education : MBA / PGDM / MBM ,Any Graduate
