About Us : Hindu College, one of the prestigious colleges under the Delhi University, was established in the year 1899. The college situated in Delhi, is one of the oldest colleges in the area. Hindu College offers three major undergraduate programs with various specializations.


  • Candidates should fill in the Common Pre-Admission Form available on the official website of DU.
  • The minimum eligibility for the undergraduate programs is 10+2 or HSC.
  • Candidates will be selected on the basis of cutoff prepared by DU for Hindu College.

Hindu College Application Process 2019

The application process for Hindu College is online and can be done through Delhi University’s online admission form. There is separate application portals for UG & PG courses. Candidates can apply to the desired course by visiting the official website. Following documents of the candidates are required to be uploaded along with the duly filled-in application form:

  • Self-attested HSC (10+2) marksheet
  • Self-attested passing certificate of SSC (10th)
  • Scanned photograph and signature

Hindu College Scholarship

Hindu College provides 23 scholarships to the students on the basis of their academic performance. Apart from the scholarships, the college provides fee concessions to deserving students based on their performance in their academics. Hindu College follows the reservation policies of the Delhi University. Reservation is made on the basis of Category (SC/ST/OBC/ PWD), Sports quota, Armed Forces, Foreign Students, etc.

Eligibility:

Candidates applying for HSEE-2019 must have passed for the first time in 2018 or should be appearing in 2019 in any one of the following qualifying examinations (QE):

  • The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by a Central or State Board recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (www.aiuweb.org).
  • Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a Board or University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
  • Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.
  • Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects.
  • Any Public School, Board or University examination in India or in a foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
  • H.S.C. vocational examination.
  • General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London, Cambridge or Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
  • High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.

Candidates who have completed Class XII (or equivalent) examination outside India or from a Board not specified above should produce a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities to the effect that the examination they have passed is equivalent to the Class XII examination.

How to apply:

Application for the HSEE-2019

Print the completed application form and affix a colour photograph (against white background). Signatures of the candidate and the parent/guardian are required at the specified places in the form.
Details of the challan or DD to be filled in and checked. Print out of the filled in application along with required documents should be sent to the Chairman, HSEE 2019, JEE office, IIT Madras, Chennai-600036 so as to rech on or before prescribed date.
