UPPBPB has declared the new date for the postponed examination of 15th July for the recruitment of ASI Clerk through departmental examination. On July 11, the examination of successful candidates in the typing test will be held on August 1.

UP Police SI Bharti: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has issued a new date for the postponed examination of July 15 for the selection of candidates on 164 vacancies of Sub Inspector Clerk. Along with this, the Police Recruitment Board has also released the result for the candidates who participated in the typing test in this recruitment. This Group D Assistant Sub Inspector Clerk (ASI Clerk) recruitment of UP Police is being done through departmental examination.

According to the notification issued by the UP Police, a total of 73 candidates had to participate in the typing test held on July 11, 2022, in which one candidate was absent. Thus a total of 72 candidates appeared in the typing test in which 27 candidates were found qualified and 45 candidates were found ineligible. The list of qualified and unqualified candidates in the typing test has also been released. According to the latest notice of UP Police, the written examination of the candidates who are found successful in the Typing Test will be held on August 1, 2022.

Let us tell you that this exam of UP Police ASI Clerk Recruitment is for the employees to be promoted. According to the notice issued on the website of UP Police uppbpb.gov.in, in UP Police, Police Sub-Inspector, Police Assistant Sub-Inspector Clerk and Police Assistant Sub-Inspector, Accounts Rules 2015, as amended, are being completed in 2022.

Exam Pattern:

According to the NIMCs, the successful candidates in the Typing Test will also be required to take a written test of 100 marks. In order to qualify the written exam, candidates need to obtain 35% marks. The written test will consist of 100 questions and each question carries one mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answer in the exam.

Syllabus of ASI Clerical Exam:

1- General Hindi/Computer Knowledge - 25 marks
2. General Knowledge / Current Affairs - 25 Marks
3- Numerical & Mental Ability Test - 25 Marks
4- Mental Aptitude / Reasoning / IQ Test - 25 Marks
