Education : M.Lib. Science or AIS/ALIS with two years of experience as SPA in thegrade of Rs.5200-20200+ GP Rs.2800 or B.Lib. Information Science with threeyears experience as SPA in the grade Rs.5200-20200+ GP Rs.2800/-.(ii) Proficiency in computer operation, noting and drafting.Desirable Knowledge of Sanskrit, Hindi and English
