Salary for Job : Rs. 65000- 75000
Education : The incumbent should be a graduate with good academic record from a recogniseduniversity with at least two years cumulative experience during the last ten years inPersonnel Management/Human Resources at a senior level in an organization ofrepute. Persons with MBA, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Managementor Business Administration with Personnel Management / Industrial Relations as anelective subject from a recognised university or Institute of Management. Degree inLaw or Industrial Engineering will have an added advantage.He should have adequate experience and exposure at a senior level with variousaspects of Human Resource Management, Training and Development and EmployeeRelations in an organisation of repute
