He should possess adequate experience at a senior level of management in a largeorganisation of repute.Persons with Technical/MBA qualification and having experience in management andfamiliarity with Finance, Marketing/Production will have added advantage.Degree/Experience in the mining and/or mineral processing sector is desirable.
