Experience : At least 20 years of experience in RD in industrialand/or academic institutions and/or Science andTechnology organizations or as faculty/scientist ofrecognized national/international universities/researchinstitutes/corporate RD Labs etc., out of which at least4 years should be in managerial/administrative capacityfor science and technology programmes, planning anddevelopment, budget finance, coordination and suchorganizational matters
