Recruitment 2015: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Northern Region Transmission System-I, has released the recruitment notification for the recruitment of 20 vacant posts of Field Engineer & Field Supervisor (electrical). However these vacancies are going to recruit on temporary and contract basis.
So in order to employ all these vacancies with eligible and appropriate candidates PGCIL has issued the recruitment notification and welcoming applications from all interested and eligible candidates.
So aspirants those who are willing to work in this power Grid Corporation and those who have enough educational qualification such as applicants must have passed BE/ B. Tech/ B.Sc. Engineering/ BE (Power Engineering)/ AMIE in Electrical Discipline from any recognized University/ Institute with at least 55% marks for Field Engineer, Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any recognized Board/ Institute with at least 55% marks for Field Supervisor with relevant
experience can apply from 10th November 2015 to 19th November 2015.

Age Limit: Applicant’s age should be less than 29 years as on the last date of 19-11-2015. Age relaxation is 03 years for OBC candidates, 05 years for SC, and 10 years for PWD (UR), and 13 years for PWD (OBC), 15 years for PWD (SC) candidates applicable as per the government rules.
Educational Qualification: BE/ B. Tech/ B.Sc. Engineering/ BE (Power Engineering)/ AMIE in Electrical Discipline from any recognized University/ Institute with at least 55% marks for Field Engineer, Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any recognized Board/ Institute with at least 55% marks for Field Supervisor with relevant experience.
Selection Process: applicants would be selected based on the performance in the screening test and personal interview.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay application fee of Rs.300/- for field engineer, Rs.200/- for field supervisor through A/C Payee demand draft in favor of “Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd & payable at New Delhi (preferably drawn on State Bank of India). And no fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-SM.
