LIC AAO Posts Eligibility details: Life Insurance Corporation of India is the India’s largest Life Insurance Company having 109 Divisional Offices and 2048 Branches across India. As we know it will recruit the candidates based on the requirement and availability of posts, so it will announce the employment notifications on time to time. As like every time now it has issued the employment notification for the recruitment of 700 vacant posts of Administrative Officer [AAO] (Generalist). To fill up all these vacancies with eligible and appropriate candidates Life Insurance Corporation of India is welcoming applications from all interested and suitable candidates from 15th December 2015 to 5th January 2015. As per source huge numbers of candidates are going to apply so we are updating the exam scheme and exam pattern. So all applicants are advised to check the exam details as quickly as possible. 

LIC AAO Posts Eligibility Conditions: 

Nationality: Indian Citizen 
Age limit: Applicant’s age should be between 21 years to 30 years as on the last date of submission of application form. Age relaxation would be applicable as per the government rules. 

Upper Age Limit: 
OBC: 3 years 
SC/ST: 5 years 
PWD (Gen): 10 Years 
PWD (OBC): 13 Years 
PWD (SC/ST): 15 Years 
ECO/SSCO (GEN): 5 Years 
ECO/SSCO (OBC): 8 Years 
ECO/SSCO (SC/ST): 10 years 
Confirmed LIC employees: Further Relaxation of 5 Years 

Educational Qualification: applicants must have passed Bachelor degree or Master’s Degree from any recognized Indian University/ Institution. 

Pre-exam training for OBC/ SC/ST candidates: LIC is providing pre examination training to all bank word class people such as OBC/ SC/ST candidates, so aspirants those who are willing to attend for pre examination training are advised to specify the option while submitting the application form. Then the Divisional Office of LIC of India will inform the registered candidates, the date and venue of the training. 


Selection Procedure: Selection process consists of two steps such as written test and personal interview and then short listed candidates would be called for subsequent Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination.
1. Online Test: On-line exam would be of objective type, multiple choice questions of two hours duration and the questions are from below given topics such as
a. reasoning Ability
b. General Knowledge, Current Affairs 

c. Quantitative Aptitude
d. English Language with Special emphasis on Grammar, Vocabulary and Comprehension.
e. Computer Knowledge

2. Personal Interview: Candidates those who are successful in the online written test will be called for personal interview. Applicants those who does not get the minimum qualifying marks in the personal interview shall be disqualified for further sections of selection process.
ii. Candidates those who have secured the enough marks in the written exam would be called for the personal interview in the ratio 1:3 and final selection of the applicants would be based on the merit. 

3. Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination: interview shortlisted candidates will be called for pre-recruitment medical examination and if candidates are found medically fit and medically fit, then the appointment would be given to the candidates. Then the selected candidates have attended for the job session from the date of appointment.
