About the Organisation
NPCIL is a Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, responsible for design, construction, operation and maintenance of nuclear power plants in India. NPCIL recruits engineering graduates as Executive Trainees to groom future technical leaders.
About the Role
The Executive Trainee (ET) programme is an entry-level engineering role where selected candidates undergo rigorous training and development. ETs are trained at various NPCIL sites and may be absorbed into technical streams after successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programmes at NPCIL sites and HQ.
- Assist in engineering design, commissioning, operation and maintenance tasks.
- Support project teams in technical, safety and quality activities.
- Maintain records, prepare reports and contribute to technical reviews.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Full-time degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant discipline from a recognised university.
Selection: Shortlisting based on valid GATE score (2024/2025/2026) followed by interview/assessment as per notification.
Age Limit: As specified in the official advertisement (relaxations apply as per rules).
Pay and Benefits
- Stipend during training and regular pay on absorption as per NPCIL rules.
- DA, HRA, medical facilities and other allowances as per company policy.
Selection Process
