A bachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years. aggregate grade point or percentage of marks where awarded would mean aggregate over the entire duration of the course.

10+2+3 format from a ugc recognized university. graduates from open university will not be considered. post graduation shall be given additional weightage.
Chartered accountant: candidates should have passed final examination for chartered accountants from a recognised university.
