Graduate with first class two years full time mba (hr/ir)/ msw or ma(social work with hr/ir) / post graduate degree/ diploma in personnel management & industrial relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in ir/ hr with labour legislations from a recognized university / institution. degree in law is desirable.
for chief general manager (finance)/ general manager (finance) : three years full time degree with ca/ icwa or full time ca/ icwa.
Degree in electrical/electronics & communication engg. from recognized university or equivalent.
Must be a graduate and member of the institute of chartered accountants of india or member of the institute of cost accountants of india or mba with
specialization in finance from a reputed institute or a member of group “aâ€.
for assistant manager : must be a graduate in law. a master’s degree in law will be an added advantage.
Mlw/ msw/ mba (hr) with minimum 55% computer knowledge essential and minimum 10 years of experience of relevant field in large industrial organization in senior managerial responsible position.
Mbbs degree from a recognised university / institution.
ii) a post graduate medical degree / diploma in the specified speciality from a recognised
university / institution.
iii) post qualification experience of three years for pg degree holders or five years for pg diploma holders in a reputed hospital in the relevant field of specialisation.
note: preference will be given to specialist from medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, paediatric and gynaecology &

emoluments: selected candidate will be placed in the scale of pay as mentioned above. in addition, dearness allowance (da) based
on ida pattern alongwith cafeteria is payable as per rules. apart from this, npa, gratuity, new pension scheme, hra
or subsidized accommodation, l.t.c., leave encashment, medical benefits, etc., are also be allowed.
A recognized degree preferably a postgraduate degree in economics.
for deputy manager : graduate with ca/icwa or first class full time regular bachelor‟s degree in computer science/computer engineering/ information technology/ electronics & communication/ instrumentation/ m ca with 2 years post qualification experience or m.tech. in any of these disciplines with 60% marks.
Candidates should be full time m.b.a/ pgdm (marketing) with minimum 15 years relevant experience preferably in cooperative/ private sector in milk & milk product sales and marketing.
Ca/icwa, mba marketing or equivalent & llb with 16 years post qualification experience.
for dy general manager : ca/icwa & mba (hr)/msw or equivalent with 14 years of post qualification experience.
for senior manager : llb with 10 years post qualification experience.
Degree in law from a recognized university / institute.
Should have held chpl / atpl (h) and at least 4500 hrs of helicopter flying experience including 1000 hrs as pic + ir. with 12 years of experience in administration of operations out of which two years in the next below grade or equivalent responsibility/ctc in any airline / defence aviation.
Full time engineering graduate / post graduate engineering in mechanical / electrical / electronics/ civil / energy / renewable energy / environment / power system with 60% marks or equivalent cgpa or master’s degree in physics with 60% marks or equivalent cgpa or mba in relevant specialization.
