Should be a graduate and member of the institute of chartered accounts of india/ the institute of costs and works accounts of india/mba with specialization in finance from reputed institution.

Degree in electronics engineering or master of science in physics with electronics with minimum five years experience in the field of cable tv, radio/tv broadcasting or telecommunication. candidates with experience in project execution and co-ordination with state/central govt.
