There r mainly four stages in the selection procedure.They are like(1) Written Test( The test consist of 2 parts Aptitude and Technical which is purely concept based ) Duration is 1hr( 30 min Aptitude & 30 min Technical ). 1 Written Test2 Group Discussion3 Personal InterviewROUND 1 WRITTEN TESTi had my written test on 5th feb.\ the test was of 1 hour...90 questions. it was divided into 3 sections.Analytical reasoning(18 Q),Quantitive aptitude(32 Q),Verbal.(40 Q)each section was having its individual cut-off and you need to clear the cut off of three sections to move in the next section thers no negative marking. the section which is toughest has the lowest cutoff. so better attempt all questions. and a prt of that section on your own. so you can take away the cutoff. manage your time so that you can give equal time to all 3 sections. and attempt atleast 30-40% questions in each section on your own in each section.overall...

The last section consisted of logical reasoing(58-90). the tst was for 90 min.The results for aptitude were given by 1 30. there were 17 groups selected for gd. .....the gd was ok....they looked if u wre confident in the points u were bringing in...,make sure an argument does not break...cuz those people r not selected......then they give time for a few people to conclude.....it will be good if u conclude.....be an active meber in the gd.....don,t just start it and sit quiet.....if people r not givin u a chance then make a chance....don,t be agressive........some of the gd topics1.balck or white2.bollywood or mollywood3.should Abdul Kalam continue as president4.should the captial be shifted...

The procedure was as below 1) Test 2) Group discussion 3) Technical+HR interview 1) Test The test was little bit lengthgy.it has 3 sections (quantz,comprehension,logical).totally there are 90 questions and time given is 60 minutes.Comprehension has 5 paragraphs in which first two are big and other three are small.quantz was very easy.Just see the clocks,time and work,profit and loss it was only 19questions.last part was logical little easy and u can do it.It consists of data intrepetation,number of circles and triangles and lines,from barrons 12th edition critical reasonong.Time will never be enough if u sit with the comprehension.the question paper will be given to you totally.first answer...

US TECHNOLOGY PAPER ON 31st JANUARY AT HARYANAhi every one ,i faced the selection procedure on 30 and 31 jan. i would like to specify that the pattern was different from the pattern discribed in previous sample papers.there was a written exam of 1 hr having 90 questions. it was divided in to 3 sections. English-30 . Quant app.-20. Logical app.-40. English section was having 5 reading comprehension passages,they were lengthy but fairly easy.logical part was very easy just like cake icing,the main limiting factor here was time.....so look out for that.cut off was not declared so no gusses.........and yes there was no negative marking . abot 1400 students appeared in written and about 450 of them...
