Paper/Interview:
The selection process was divided into written test and HR. In the written test , there were two sections:
a) Reasoning
There were 30 questions in this section to be answered in 40 minutes. Some examples of questions are as below:
i) A cube has the dimension of 3x4x5. It is colored with three different colors namely red, green and black painted on opposite corners of the cube. The cube is cut into 78 smaller cubes. 73 of them are smaller and 5 are bigger, but they have equal dimensions. Now, you need to calculate no. of cubes painted with red color, no. of cubes painted on three sides, no. of cubes painted on two sides, no. of cubes painted on one sides and no. of cubes painted without any painting.
ii) There were 5 questions on odd man out series straight from R.S.Aggrawal book.
iii) There were 5 questions each on data sufficiency, data interpretation and puzzles.
iv) Next 5 questions required usage of Venn diagram.
b) Verbal
In this section, there were 40 questions to be answered in 30 minutes. There were two big paragraphs. Based on this, several questions like Fill in the blanks, Replacing the underline phrases, write conclusions and correcting grammatical mistakes were asked.
HR:
HR was conducted by a lady. She went through the resume and asked questions related to it. She wanted justification for the skills mentioned in the resume. She wanted to know about extra curricular activities if any.
