but at offer letter they ask 65% on completion of degree..

3 interview (tech +HR)

WRITTEN exam had 20 ques time 20 min
7 apti (M.Tyra type)
7 networking protocols
others on C, C++ n Java

a program in C -- create a backup copy of a file
i.e. if there is a file named abc.txt create a file abc_backup.txt with same contents n location
