This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect
the Personal Information obtain explcitly through our web site, YuvaJobs.com.
"Personal Information" is information that
enables anyone to contact you. Your full name, address, telephone number,
or email address are examples of personal information.
You may need to provide us Personal Information during the course of
using some services of ours. For example, you have to provide your email
address to use Job Alerts. For example, you also give your complete Personal
Information when you upload your resume.
We use your submitted information at registration time (Jobseeker/ Employer)
to send you confirmation mails, and for administrative purposes. In emails
we send you job alert mails as you are our register job seekers, When
you submit your email address as part of our Job Alert application, we
use this address for no purpose other than to email you the job alerts
that you requested. Your email address can not deleted from our database
because we need your email address to alert you for latest jobs. We do
not make these email addresses available to any third party.
We will not be responsible for any misuse of your email address
or our email address because of there are lots of ways to send false mails
using your or our email address.
1. Eligibility.
You must be thirteen or over to register as a member of YuvaJobs.com or
use the Website. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By
using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right,
authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all
of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Term
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the
Website and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any
time, for any reason by following the instructions on the Resign pages
in Account Settings, or upon receipt by YuvaJobs.com of your written or
email notice of termination. YuvaJobs.com may terminate your membership
for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address
you provide in your application for membership, or such other email address
as you may later provide to YuvaJobs.com. YuvaJobs.com terminates your
membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, Even
after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.
Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain
in effect, including sections 4, 5, 7 and 9-14 of this Agreement.
3.Proprietary Rights in Content on YuvaJobs.com.
YuvaJobs.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and
the Service. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks,
and other proprietary information of YuvaJobs.com, and its licensors.
Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which
you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish,
transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
4. Content Posted on the Site.
Note: YuvaJobs.com will not be responsible for any illegal
content posted by users. If somebody posted any Content/Jobs Ads with
a company/ name and that is not posted by the real company representative,
kindly inform us ASAP at admin@yuvajobs.com, we will ban that content/Job
on priority basis but we are not be responsible for anytype of lose, distubance,
Etc. caused through the content/job posted. But we are here to control
this type of misuse.
a. You understand and agree that YuvaJobs.com may review and delete any
content, messages, YuvaJobs.com Messenger messages, photos or profiles
(collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of YuvaJobs.com
violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might
violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members.
b. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display
(hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other Members.
c. By posting Content to any public area of YuvaJobs.com, you automatically
grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant,
to YuvaJobs.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid,
worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such
information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate
into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize
sublicenses of the foregoing.
d. The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal
or prohibited on the Website. YuvaJobs.com reserves the right to investigate
and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone

disputes between you and other Members.

Use of the Website and/or the Service is also governed by our Privacy

among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits YuvaJobs.com.
All other trademarks not owned by YuvaJobs.com or its subsidiaries that
appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may
