ATMA Programs Details

  • ATMA is conducted for taking admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Programs offered at various Institutes/Universities for the academic session 2018

AIMS Test for Management Admission (ATMA)

  • One of the six national tests recognized by AICTE and MHRD, GoI & also confirmed as such by Supreme Court of India
  • AIMS, the Association of Indian Mgt. Schools, which has a membership of 740 top Postgraduate Management Schools, administers the ATMA (AIMS Test for Mgt. Admissions) for Selection to MBA, PGDM, PGDBA, MCA* (subject to local Regulations) and other Postgraduate Mgt. Courses
  • About 200 high ranking institutions accept ATMA Scores for selection to PGDM, PGDBA, MBA, MCM, MCA* (subject to local regulations) and other Postgraduate Management Courses

ATMA 2018 Registration

  • Interested and eligible candidates must apply online and pay application fee either through online payment or bank account transfer.

  • Request for PID (Personal Identification Number)
  • Fill the application form

Following are the three simple steps to fill ATMA 2018 application form:
STEP 1: Payment of Fees

  • The registration process for ATMA Exam starts with the Payment of Fees
  • The Registration Fee for ATMA exam is of Rs.1298/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Eight Only). The exam fee can be paid using Debit or Credit Card only. Facility for payment of fee in Cash / DD / Cheque / Internet Banking is not available.

Concession in Fees

  • 25% Concession in Fees is applicable for Women candidates
  • 50% Concession is applicable for candidates belonging to North Eastern States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).

STEP 2: Personal Identification No. (PID)

  • Once the fee is paid, the candidate will receive a system generated Personal Identification Number (PID) on his/her Mobile by SMS as well as Email. If the same is not received, the candidate can search for PID or Password by Clicking Here. Please save this PID for future reference. The same PID shall be candidate’s Login ID for Re-Print of application form, Print of Admit Card as well as Result

STEP 3: Filling Registration Form

  • Once the payment of Fee is successful and the PID is received, the candidate can proceed to fill the registration form by Clicking Here. Following information is required to be filled in the registration form. PID, Name, Postal Address, Email Id, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Preferred Test City Choice, Educational Qualifications, Exact Percentage of SSC, HSC, Degree (In case the candidate is appearing, mention “NA”) Post graduation/Professional Degree if applicable, Post qualification experience, if any, and choice of Institutes for reporting ATMA Scores
  • Uploading Scanned Image of Candidate’s Photograph and Signature in prescribed format (Click here for the help) is necessary to complete the registration process. The registration process completes only after the Scanned image of Candidate’s Photograph and Signature is uploaded.
  • Every candidate shall be given a login password once the registration process is complete. This password shall be sent by SMS and Email.

ATMA 2018 Dates

  • ATMA 2018 August Online Exam Date: 05th August 2018 (From 02.00 PM to 05.00 PM)
  • ATMA August Exam Registration Starts: 28th June 2018
  • ATMA 2018 August Exam Last Date to Pay Exam Fee: 30th July 2018 till 05.00 PM
  • Last Date for Registration: 30th July 2018 till 11.00 PM
  • Last Date to Reprint Application: 05th August 2018 till 01.45PM
  • Admit Card Download Starts: 03rd August 2018 (11 AM onwards)
  • Admit Card Download Ends: 05th August 2018 (Till 01.45 PM)
  • ATMA August Exam Result Date: 09th August 2018 (10.00 AM)

Eligibility Criteria
  • The minimum qualification required to attend the ATMA is graduation from any recognised institute. There is no restriction for minimum marks or any particular stream of study.
  • The minimum age limit for taking the test is 21 years

    • Analytical Reasoning Skills – 30 Questions and 30 Marks
    • Verbal Skills – 30 Questions and 30 Marks
    • Quantitative Skills – 30 Questions and 30 Marks

ATMA Exam Pattern
The exam will be conducted in online mode

  • It is a computer based multiple-choice question type exams. Each question will have 4 choices or options, out of which you have to choose 1 correct option
  • The duration of ATMA is 180 minutes or 3 hours; there are 3 areas which are divided into six sections. This means that each area will have 2 sections each
  • The testing areas are Analytical Reasoning Skills, Verbal Skills and Quantitative Skills; each section has 30 questions, making the total number of questions 180
  • For each correct answer, 1 mark is given and for each incorrect answer 0.25 mark is deducted from the score

Exam Centres

  • Normally, ATMA is conducted in about 30 Cities in India. The following ATMA Test centre are: Ahmedabad (Gandhi Nagar), Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, New Delhi, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolhapur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Nagur, Nasik, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi and Thane

STEP 4: Printing Admit Card
