I had attend the interview in SYSTECH SOLUTIONS , Chennai .
Interview process includes three different rounds , the first round is Group discussion , I got the title as "Advertising and social media" , I got selected in the first round simply because I had introduced myself in a very good manner(that,s it , it,s more than enough)
The second round is Written Test comprises of RDBMS and aptitude , the company is based on only back end so they have expected you some sort of knowledge in RDBMS . I got selected in the second round also . the questions deals with writing queries or point out the result of an query.
The third round is technical , unfortunately I was not short listed in this round , the questions will be asked only from the back end of your project , only from that. They may give some queries where you need to write in front of them.The panel members are so nice and gentle.
Some questions are
1) Joins
2) Normalization
3) difference b/w truncate and delete
4) difference b/w where and having
That,s it , you need to answer the above from your project,s back end , if you don,t have any back end in your project , then they may give of their own
