The placement procedure at J.P. Morgan consists of four rounds, namely :

1. Aptitude Test
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview

1. Aptitude Test : This is the first step of placement at J.P. Morgan. This test consists of four sections, viz. 

a) Quantitative Ability
b) Analytical Ability
c) Verbal Ability
d) Technical section

2. Group Discussion : After the successful completion of written test, shortlisted candidates are called for group discussion. They will give you any recent topic. The main motive of Group Discussion is to check the communication skills and the confidence of the candidates.

3. Technical Interview : After the successful completion of group discussion, shortlisted candidates will be called for Technical Interview. In Technical Interview, they will ask you questions on final project developed, SQL, Software engineering etc. The main motive for conducting this interview is to check the professional and technical knowledge of the candidates.

4. HR Interview : After the successful completion of Technical Interview, shortlisted candidates will be called for HR Interview. They will ask you normal questions like your brief introduction, why this company only, your hobbies, interests, strenghts, weaknesses etc.
