Iam renjith.r from govt engineering college kozhokode.i got selected for ispat industries from interview.i want share my experience.
1.ispat mainly focussing electrical,mechanical,instrumentation.
iam a electronics and instrumentation student
2.ispat didnt conduct any aptitudetests,ellimination through gd.they are avoided 50% people.gd topic not related on any current topic.some management level topic.my topic is why should you select to ISPAT
3.next is interview .it is really tough technical section.plus point for insrumentation projects.questions relating gas analysers,control valves,ladder diagrams,plc,dcs,control loops.some hr questions like hobbies,favourite star etc
