selection procedure includes
1.written test (2hrs)
it includes
1. analytical section
2. attention section
3. technical section(choice is given to choose either c or c++ or java)
4. data structures
2. critical incidence filling... under this section several scenarios are given.. and you have to fill those scenarios based on your life experience
3. selective G.D
4.technical + H.R. interview
once if you get through the written test then no elimination.... cumulative scoring only .
in my college totally 373 attended in that around 133 were shortlisted... i,m one among it...
then i,ve attended G.D. .. from the interviews finally 67 got selected... i,m one among them... so happy.. guys its so so easy to crack aricent selection procedure ....just concentrate on computer networks ,,, microprocessor,,, c programming , data structures if you,re having basic knowledge definitely you ill get into aricent...........
