Job Description
We are planning for a Walk-in on 09-Dec-17 (Saturday) for VOIP Engineer/Senior VOIP Engineer position.
Position : VOIP Engineer/Senior VOIP Engineer
Level : L1 & L2
No of positions : 12
Experience : 3 to 8 years
Location : MEPZ, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai
Walk-In Date : 09-Dec-17 (Saturday)
Time : 10 am to 5 pm

For Level 1 (2+ years of experience and for Level 2 (4+ years€™ experience) ;
Good troubleshooting knowledge in fixing voice cloud call center technologies such as LiveOps, Genesys, Avaya, Twilio etc
Exposure to support issues that arises with global call centers greater than 1,000 agents
Hands on experience in voice networks for a global, multi site corporation
Experience in troubleshooting protocols around SIP, SS7, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT, scripting etc.
Experience in troubleshooting reporting engines ,call routing, call recording etc
Experience with writing call flow scripting including experience optimizing call flows.
Knowledge of global telecom networks and region specific nuances and carrier services (ordering, installation and troubleshooting)
Roles and Responsibilities
Support Voice over IP solutions for an enterprise network with centralized cloud contact center systems
Technical knowledge in voice services to carrier based IP Voice services (webrtc and SIP Gateway products)
Triage issues based on severity
Ability to develop and document plans to integrate several existing networks into a larger enterprise domain.
Support for IP Contact Center applications
Follow clear support procedures for the Network and Voice Support team handling day to day troubleshooting
Supports and troubleshoot problem areas as needed including a simple browser troubleshooting to all the way up to P1 outages.
Participate in the on-call rotation for Tier 2 support.
Escalate and create cases with cloud call center cloud software companies.
Created detailed RCA and publish outage notifications
Detailed Job Description
Troubleshoot all L1/L2 tickets currently in place for voice call center services and help in management, monitor and control these systems.
Manage backlog and resolution of issues within service levels
Ensure high availability of 24X7 production systems and Participate in on-call rotation.
Provide consulting services to the enterprise, including support for short- and long-term projects
Support Integration of contact center applications and existing network and hardware infrastructure and other tools
Triage and report all P1 issues to the appropriate providers
