Qualification & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Telecom/Computer Engineering is necessary & MBA
Candidates should have 6 to 8 years experience, with At least 5 years of direct & indirect Solutions' sales experience (Not Services sales experience) in the region.
The ideal candidate should have industry background with at least five of those in selling networking solutions (hardware, software, or services) to Critical Infrastructure companies / accounts (Utilities, Transportation, Defense & Civil Safety, Public Administration) in the region,
Focus in at least 2 of the following use cases:
Substation & Distribution networks automation,
Smart Metering Backhaul,
Multiservice operational networking,
Air traffic Control, Defense & Police Networks,
Smart City communications, TETRA & CCTV backhaul for homeland security,
Train to track networking.
Knowledge of IP & Carrier Ethernet.
About the role:

Since it's a critical infrastructure role, you would have to look at something critical in the economy.
As a Territory Sales Manager is based in Delhi, you will be driving the sales of Data Communications Service & Assured Network solutions to Critical Infrastructure companies with their HQ in North India.
This is a key sales role for a Senior Sales Manager selling network access solutions.
In this role, you will report to the Director Business Development India.
The TSM will be responsible for selling Data Communications network access solutions & services in Accounts with HQ in North India.
Focus is on direct & indirect sales & business development of Communications for Critical Infrastructure in relevant verticals & named accounts (Utilities, Transportation, Defense & Civil Safety, Public Administration)
Development of Partnerships especially with System Integrators leading Critical Infrastructure tenders in this region.
Territory & account plan growth is to be developed within clearly defined milestones & priorities to build new sales growth & pipeline opportunities.
Matrix management of all internal resources to achieve goals.
Multi-level solution selling to executives & technical decision makers leveraging your understanding of Carrier Ethernet networking access technology, as well as legacy TDM technologies.
Prioritize activities to grow & close the opportunity pipeline in your territory for network access solutions.
Forecasting, account management, & overall territory management.
Need to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter that can balance strategic engagements with transactional business. Requirements
The candidate should be a self-starter with excellent written & verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively present to both technical & executive audiences.
Ability to travel 50%.
Strong international team-player, orchestrator & experienced in virtual team leadership.
While English is the working language in the organization, the preferred candidates need to have a bi-lingual knowledge of Hindi to maximize customer engagement.
