We are having an Urgent requirement of Customer Support Engineer with 2-6 Yrs Exp inCustomer Support/Application support Role with our Leading E-commerce Client at Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore. Please find below the JD and Share your profile with following details:

JD: Customer Support/Application Support/Implementation Executive/CRM Functional Support

A, BSC Computers, BSC IT, MCA with 2-3 Years Of Experience

Provide CRM Functional Support and Training Via Phone, Email and Chat
Customer Visits as and when required for training and Implementing CRM Software
Understand customer requirement and explain to development team and get it done.
Support the deployment and adoption of new technologies as they are introduced into the Software and in the Company
Create Understanding / Help documents as and when required.
Have sufficient business and technical knowledge to either solve a problem or gather relevant information to escalate to the developement team.
Motivated, autonomous worker who is execution oriented
€ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
€ Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
€ Experience in end-user training on systems and applications
€ Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Ready to travel in Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi and other cities in India
Typical duties and responsibilities:
€ Filters tickets and provides basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, user- configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing
€ Escalation to Level 3 support.
€ The Level 2 support gathers and analyses information about the user€™s issue and determines the best way to resolve their problem
