1Responsible to develop travel agent network in the assigned territory.
2Targeting agents who are having huge group movements, to maximize the revenue of the organization.
3Explain the companys website features (B2B Online Portal) and subscription packages to Travel Agents
4Responsible for achieving revenue targets through direct sales of the companys subscription packages to travel agents.
5Responsible for relationship building and servicing with B2B travel agents and suppliers.
6Responsible for maximum tie ups with sub agents, Hotels, Resorts etc.
7Responsible to revert back to enquiries received through Telephone, emails & Non City Preferred Sales Agents & Travel Agents.
8Ensure that all enquiries are reverted within the specified timeline.
9Close liaison with airlines,CRS,other ticket suppliers, hotels etc.
10Visiting Airlines for negotiations of group query raised by us and confirmationof waitlist PNR, reissuance, group deposit refunds.
11Responsible to see that the handover of the file post sale to the service team(B2B Portal) is done in a seamless manner.
12Verify the KYC forms of clients in order to open account in CASH / CREDIT mode in coordination with Operations team
13Generate New Clientele and also revive the Old clientele and maintain the existing clients and ensure renewal of subscriptions
14Ensure payment (Top up/BSP) collection should be done on time from the agents.
15Collect data on competitors activities and launch new holiday products /change in PLB or deals accordingly.
16Provide ongoing support to travel agents and handle their queries / concerns
17Keep self and all updated of changes in our policy, PLB/ commission/Delas and other circular
18Adherence to company policies and systems.
19Coordinating with Operations Team to help agents in various issues like delay/error in ticketing re-issuance, cancellation, refund and other operational issues.
20Visiting all non working agencies to convert as our agent following our database with proper planning.
21Responsible for stop sales work, special offers job and promotional contracts & expansion.
22Co-ordinate with Visa, Accounts & other departments to ensure quick resolution for the Agents.
23Preparation of MIS, Weekly/Monthly report & maintenance of all official records.
24Responsible for assist with any other office functions if required.
