Job Description
Eazel TV (www.eazeltv.com) is our new business vertical that enables an organisation to start their own in-premise business channel in just Rs. 15,000. We are looking at employing territory wise sales teams for marketing the product across Mumbai.

The Area Manager €“ Sales would be an independent profile in complete and exclusive charge of the designated area which would be close the place of residence of the chosen incumbent. There would be no need to report daily to the company headquarters in Worli, where visiting once or twice a week would suffice.

The Area Manager - Sales and BD would be responsible for the following activities in the designated area:
Lead Generation and Management:
Generation of leads in specific business segments and cold calling to fix up timings for meetings.
Meeting with the parties who have exhibited interest in the product.
Closing the deal for single branch or multi branch establishments.
Direct Marketing and On Field Lead Generation:
Creating a direct marketing strategy by tie-ing up with cable operators, DTH Service providers and electronics retail outlets for lead generation.
Calling on prospective customers either through a walk-in or cold calling and presenting the merits of the product.
Generating similar such leads through market contacts and on-field reference.

Pre-requisite for being considered for the post:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
In addition, the candidate must possess the following skills:
Resilient, self-motivated and tenacious with the ability to work towards targets.
Sound knowledge about technology and the ability to absorb the merits of any service and convincingly put it forward to any client.
Become recognized within the company as an expert on field sales.
The ability to carry out lead generation through offline channels as per the demand.
Analytical report creation on regular basis as per requirements.
Should have handled B2B and B2C Clients.
Compensation:
Fixed CTC Rs. 50,000 (Rs. 45,000 + 3,000 towards conveyance + 1,000 towards telecom + 1,000 as laptop allowance)
Variable CTC Rs. 25,000 dependent on number of units sold over the monthly targets
A minimum target that is substantially lower than the actual target would have to be met to be marked present for all the days as attendance marking is not carried out every day.
