Use social networks and research to build internal database and possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates; excellent candidate assessment skills
Handle multiple job requirements in a fast paced environment.

Ability to assess candidates capabilities, needs, and interests by understanding their long-term goals and build a diverse candidate database.
Proper documentation and pay rate negotiation

Sound understanding of the staffing industry and trends.
Hands on in W2 recruitment & must possess excellent industry connects and database.
High level of maturity.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to lead and mentor junior recruiters and build a team.
