MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Geographical span: Amer, Global

DUTIES:
Manage and facilitate account opening process for execution only business, obtaining documentation, electronic and physical signatures, ensuring EGUS system is populated with rates, providing instruction to Business Data for opening
Work with front office, On-Boarding, Clearing Services, and Business Data to expedite the process
Manage documentation and data client maintenance requests using the Pega on-boarding workflow tool
Liaise with other brokers and clients to manage activity within EGUS
Ensure strong engagement and regular interaction with the On-Boarding specialists as well as other relevant departments and clients as required
Work within the appropriate regulatory framework, procedures and guidelines set out by SG strategy
Maintain the document repository and customer files ensuring that all relevant documents are saved and named appropriately
Perform archiving and filing
Ensure the client and counterparty contact list is kept up-to-date
Identify and escalate bottlenecks which may cause delays to Pipeline Leads and On-Boarding specialists
Create and maintain written policies and procedures related to documentation and regulatory requirements
Maintain metrics of activities to produce on a monthly basis
Perform reviews to ensure correct documentation is in place for execution clients, including Persus checks and remediation projects

KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Experience with EGUS
FINRA Series 99 Licensed
Attention to detail
Proactive and diligent
Good organisational skills, ability to plan, allocate and evaluate work carried out both by self and others
Strong problem solving skills

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:
Experience with GMI and UBIX
Understanding of the SG product and service offering, with a strong emphasis on Futures. Also including products such as Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Currencies, Hedge Funds, High Frequency, Execution Only, Prime Broking, SDMA / DMA, NCM, etc.
Knowledge of products, client types and regulatory requirements surrounding new account opening, as well as understanding of KYC and Legal documentation
Understanding of Legal and Compliance requirements for opening execution only accounts

EXTERNAL: Clients, Brokers, Clearing Firms (FCMs), Futures Industry Association (FIA)
