Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
Insures that all international sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs.
Sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
Must be aware of variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
Build a solid direct and dealer sales pipeline and develop opportunities.
Achieve pre-defined sales targets.
Work to develop sales contracts in foreign markets.
Manages and directs a sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
