JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition/Designation Sales Co-ordinator Department SalesLocation MumbaiReports to Sales HeadJob PurposeDrive sales to achieve maximum client acquisition Key Result / Responsibility Areas1. Primary Key Responsible Areas :Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients for requirementsNegotiate / Close Deals and Handle Objection.Attending inbound inquiries received through calls, mails & SMS.Ensure to handle data sourcing & mailing & calling for lead generation.Understanding client requirements perfectly and providing best solutions to them.Managing all the sales related activity & reports of the company.Organizing sales promotional campaigns.Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.Collaborate with team to achieve better result.Job RequirementsEducational Qualification : Graduate or Bachelors in Marketing. Work Experience : 0-2 years preferred in Sales coordinatorKey Competencies : Extremely proficient in drafting e-mails with an average speed of 50-70wpm. Desired SkillsExcellent communication & presentation skills.Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions.Creative & Logical ability to think through turn key solutions for clients.
