ob Title: Regional Sales Manger - South (Bangalore)
Job Responsibilities €“
Provides quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding the Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
Achieves the Region€™s revenue and profitability quotas for products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions for the customers
Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
Efficiently manages the region€™s sales and customer relationships. Works in conjunction with the sales team to ensure attention and growth in the key accountsegments and promotion of the products
Leads the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development
Responsible for the Region€™s forecasting and sales tracking.
Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
Accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operation
Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Servicing the needs of your existing customers
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Coordinating with all the fabricators.
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Planning for year sale.
Maintain relationship with builders and developers.
Develop market with distributers in retail market and small fabricators.

ey Skills:
should be based at Bangalore.
he should be the covering areas - AP, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka, TN
should have info about Developers, Fabricators, Facade consultants, Profile system companies
should be flexible for travelling of 1-2 weeks
should have worked as Business developers.

Who has good experience and information and relations with Developers, Fabricators, Architects, Facade consultants, and profile system companies,
they should be known about our products ( hardware - Upvc & Alluminum & machines ( fabrications, Alluminum cutting, etc.)
Industry : Fabrication /glass and building industry (should be familiar with fabricators, architectures, developers)
Maintain project tracker for follow up of past, present and coming project.
