Job Description

  • Developing and maintaining harmonious and progressive Employee query Management & Employee relations
    Link between management and employees by handling queries, administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems.
    Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances and counseling to maintain cordial management employee relations and achieve dedication by the workers. Proficient in taking disciplinary actions which included servicing memos, conducting domestic enquiry and issuing final orders.
    Managing dispute resolution procedures,
    motivating and encouraging employees through conducting welfare programs like picnic, festival celebration birthday party etc.
    Handling day to day disciplinary affairs, daily grievances of laborers

    Statutory Compliance & IR
    Maintaining good liaison with Govt. Authorities & Local bodies for Statutory Compliance..
    Conversant with Labor related Laws and Supervision of all Statutory Compliance in respect of PF, ESI, Leave, Gratuity, Bonus & Contract labour, BOCW, Equal Remuneration. Minimum wages and payment of wages Laws.
    Assisting Management regarding grievances of employees & disciplinary matters.
    Compliances related to factory licenses,
    Administration :
    Handling all administration of Plant
    Company vehicle maintenance, scheduling, vehicle repairs are done in a timely manner, proper record of vehicles maintenance and fuel
    Updating assets inventory of the Office.
    Assist the Plant Manager in preparing and managing local and sub-contractors for Administrative requirements.
    Ensure office legal obligations relating to lease agreements ,the in-timely payment of utility bills
    Recruitment
    Executive Search through Company Database Search, Head Hunting, networking and referral for Bargainable employees & Contract manpower
    Coordinating in Recruitment & Selection matters
    Responsible for complete joining and orientation Formalities of new employees.


    Learning and Training programs for Bargainable employees
    Identification of training needs through Process of Performance Appraisal,
    Co-ordination with External Agencies for conducting Training Program
    Measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
    Payroll and compensations
    Coordinated in Pay Roll Compensation, attendance & maintained the Leave record of the employees
    Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
    Maintained resignation records and ex-employee dues
