Desired Candidate Profile 6+ years of experience Has relevant experience in facility management or related experience House Keeping experience is preferred Qualities required: * Good communication skills * Should be Proactive * Good at Execution * Good Interpersonal relationship Job description: Daily activities Reports to the Operation General Manager Daily monitoring operators /supervisorsat all the sites, milk supply should be on time; Need to get confirmation every day morning from the operators/supervisors All the machines should be operational on time Check the inventory level in all the locations/ FIFO standards to be followed Check the Operators & supervisors grooming and uniform standards during site visit Coffee machine MIS details should be tracked regular basis Ensure all coffee machines are in working condition at all the time Registers, recordsand files should beupdated and maintained on a regular basis in all the facilities Check the complaint registers /customers feedback and work accordingly Should check the daily visit report of supervisors Should visit sites on a daily basis; He should meet the client and the MOM report to be submitted to the concerned reporting authority. Weekly Activities: Involve in preparingMIS report and take the acknowledgement. Weekly coffee machine cleaning schedule to be followed. Inventory level cross-check proactively, and place the indent Cross-verify the operators, supervisors duty rosters. Submit closing stock report weekly basis by Saturday Fortnightly activities: Preventive maintenance follows up withservice team Checkthe staffing status, and attrition level Operations & Servicemeeting every fortnight; Bring necessary reports Inventory check Invoice submissions if any. Meetingwith Admins (FM) for relationship management. Monthly activities: Pest control need to be done follow up for all the machines Month endMIS and cup page data submission Invoice raising, bills submission and payments follow up Inventory level check Submit physical closing stock status and wastage report Operators salary and vendors payment follow up Conduct monthly Ops meeting Submit operators and supervisors monthly attendance copy. Submit the best operators/supervisors nominations to HR dept. by 5th of every month Cleaning materials projections to be made every month by executives and the necessary to be procured. Submit month end closing to HO Submit indent projection by 25th of every month to HO Submit operators/Supervisors training schedule by every month end and submit the training report and tracker by 1st week of every month Submit consumption report by 1st week of every month to finance team
