Educational Qualification :
For Scientist : BE/ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Computer Engg/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication OR M.Sc. (Physics) with one year of relevant experience OR M. Sc. (Electronics /Applied Electronics) with one year of relevant experience.

For Scientific/Technical Assistant : M.Sc./MS/MCA/B.E/B.Tech in relevant discipline.

Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 30 years as on 28.08.2017

Job Location : All India

Selection Process : Selection will be made on Written Test & interview.

National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT),(erstwhile DOEACC Society), an Autonomous Scientific Society under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MoE&IT), Government of India, was set up to carry out Human Resource Development and related activities in the area of Information, Electronics & Communications Technology (IECT). NIELIT is engaged both in Formal & Non-Formal Education in the area of IECT besides development of industry oriented quality education and training programmes in the state-of-the-art areas.
