National Sales Manager - Middleeast & Africa Jobs

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
€To build, maintain and lead Sales Operations in the MEA region.
€Establish the vision and brand of AFL in the MEA region.
€Be accountable for the all Pre-sales / Sales initiatives and activities.
€Effectively position and differentiate AFL from the competition.
€Strategically prepare the Annual Business Plan in line with the Practice€™s goals and objectives.
€Own the topline and bottom-line for the practice.
€Participate in networking events / trade shows to promote brand and establish strategic relationships.
€Generate and submit Sales MIS reports periodically.
€Identify current trends / threats and recommend possible solutions and new opportunities.
€Track and ensure on periodic basis that the goals are achieved as per the stipulated time frame.
€Follow up on current and past accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive further revenue.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
€Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
€Establish the vision and brand of AFL in the MEA region
€Effectively Initiate Pre-sales / Sales activities.
€Achieve Region€™s goals and objectives by owning the topline and bottom-line for the practice.
€Maintain the Customer Satisfaction Level for current and past accounts
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
€15+ years in Software solutions and services selling experience.
€5+ years in the respective region / market.
€Expertise in the areas of selling Networking, Embedded Systems, Cloud Computing, Mobility, Data Analytics, Software Solutions, IT Services, Banking and Managed Services.
€Wide range of domain and industry exposure.
€Experience in dealing with CXOs of Global Fortune 500 / 200 companies.
€ Strategic Thinker with thought Leadership.
€Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and transformation expertise.
€Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
€Must have experience in Technical Selling or Solution Selling.
€Must be someone who has carried revenue targets through-out their career.
€Must have worked in end to end sales cycle.
€10+ years in managing P&L.
€Strong and in-depth selling experience in the respective regions.
TRAVELING
€Purely on business needs
€Moderate to Severe intensity
€Across the Middle East and Africa.
