Principal Accountabilities: To produce independently, an MEP 3D model using REVIT under the BIM Coordinator supervision and ensuring all information are up to date.
Key Qualities
€ To be able to closely follow the direction and instructions of the BIM Coordinator and engineers.
€ Able to work with various disciplines to create MEP BIM and subsequent drawings based on the detail drawings.
€ Knowledge of BIM principles, techniques and technical detailing
€ Be able to work independently/can guide and training for other disciplines in learning the Revit MEP if needed.
€ Support the team to meet the requirements of each specific project through producing the required modelling
€ Conformity and adherence of the design process regarding project requirements
Special Expertise
€ Coordinate and assist BIM Coordinator in MEP modeling and simulation of projects based off MEP drawings.
Software Skills
Revit, Naviswork, Auto CADD, Micro-station & knowledge of any other MEP software will be an asset.

Salary: 60K-1L
