Job Description
1.Performance Management
- Manages the Performance Development process, promotions, lateral movements and job rotation plans across the organization
- Play the role of an advisor & coach to mid-level managers for managing performance
2.Employee Relations
- Ensures pro-active employee relations engagement activities, drive annual People calendar
- Advises mid-level managers &in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
- Will be responsible for grievance handling and counseling
- Manage the exit process, exit interviews, attrition analysis
- Lead the employee engagement survey, pulse surveys and internal department survey process
- Will identify the training needs at across levels and develop the requisite training programs with support from Head HR
- Implement L&D plan with support from Head HR
- Drive the New employee orientation program innovatively & in an engaging manner
- Ensure L&D calendar annual plan in a timely effective manner
4.Statutory Compliance
- Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization
- Ensures awareness and provide advice on statutory or regulatory requirements in all areas of staff management such as compensation & benefits, recruitment and selection, etc.
- Ensure that policies comply with state law
- Directs the development of advanced Human Resource policies and procedures to support business needs and ensure legislative compliance.
5.Organization Development
- Work with Head HR for org development initiatives
- Prepares HR polices & processes, continuous review and updates
- Ensure health & safety of all employees
- To drive change management initiatives with support from Head HR across org
6.Organization Planning
- Support Head HR for managingG&A cost effectively
- Supports in monthly forecast of HR budget
- Prepares reports and implements procedures to reduce turnover by creating effective retention tools
- Reporting €“ HR dashboard, Recruitment Tracker , MIS & various other HR related reports
7.Talent Acquisition
- Acquisition strategy implementation
- Ensure TA happens as per TAT
8.Compensation and Benefits
- Manages Comp & benefits activities for the organization
- Supports HR head for C&B benchmarking study

Candidate Profile: Masters in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education with 7-10 years of relevant experience in L&D & Statutory compliance.
