JD as below: Overseeing the management of customer OTT service and platform. Responsible to deliver the development plan as well as ensure smooth functioning of platform operations. Work with the Engg Ops lead to ensure seamless service delivery and operations including content ops, platform ops, customer service functions. Coordinate with internal dev and ops teams and guide the prioritisation of activities and be responsible for the timely delivery. Be the spoc for all customer coordination Also assume business responsibility with theaim of increasing platform users and thus billing. Work with the COO to plan platform growth strategies and priorities. This is a techno-commercial role offering excellent opportunity to hone your commercial skills in the hot new space of OTT media. Candidate profile: 8 years experience with a minimum of 2 years in a project and/or product management role. Media domain exposure not mandatory. Commercial experience would be a plus but not mandatory. However an inclination towards commercial aspects of the business will be required for the role
